Presse & Medien

Reporting press and representatives from all areas of media (print, online, TV, radio, web-TV and photography) receive a goEast Press Accreditation by providing their name and medium. The accreditation is personalised and non-transferable. If you do not intend to report on the festival, there is an administrative charge of €35 to be paid upon pickup at the Press Counter.

Your accreditation grants free access to all film screenings (as long as the screening hasn’t been sold out), the public events and the Online Media Library. Please note that special events are not included.

You can apply for an accreditation through the festival platform Eventival. If you already have an Eventival account, we can re-use your photo, feel free to upload an updated picture for your badge on Eventival. In case you do not have an Eventival account yet, you need to sign up before applying for an accreditation.

During the festival week, you can pick up your accreditation at the goEast Press Counter at the Festival Center

By presenting your accreditation at the Press & Info Counter at the Festival Centre or at the Caligari cinema, you will receive tickets for all film screenings during the festival week (upon availability). Tickets for daily screenings will only be issued at the respective box offices. Furthermore, the tickets and login data are non-transferable and for personal use only.

The login data to the online media library will be sent to you seperately by e-mail.

Applications for accreditation received after the deadline on 17.04.2025 incur a processing fee of 10 €.

Industry & Students

Filmmakers and representatives of film business receive an Industry Accreditation by stating their name and field of profession €60.

Students of film, media, Slavic or Eastern European studies receive a Student Accreditation for a reduced charge of €25. A valid certificate of enrollment is necessary to present with your accreditation request. The accreditation is personalized and non-transferable.
