A blackout occurs in a psychiatric clinic due to maintenance work on the power lines. With televised distraction no longer an option, the residents head out into the yard, where their actions are observed with bemusement by the electrician from his spot up on the utility pole. That is until the latter loses his balance in a moment of carelessness, gets electrocuted and crashes down into the garden unconscious – only to awake inside a cell. What follows is an exquisite animated trip. Sheer insanity.
