THE LIVES AND TIMES OF ABRAHAM KAHN

Specials

CROSSING BOUNDERIES

Abraham Kahn was born at the side of a dirt track in a nameless small town in Silesia. He is an Ahasver-like figure, a wandering Jew. He lives through twentieth-century history: flies with the Red Baron, fights alongside the International Brigades, even blasts off into space. In the course of his hundred winters, Abraham lives through five wars, several revolutions, and three marriages. A photo-novel recounting the history of an entire continent on the basis of one man’s recollections.
